Bring your pooch for a stay at Oakwood West Holidays in West Sussex and you'll both get the luxury treatment. Our dog friendly cottages have hot tubs for you to relax in and enclosed gardens for your dog to explore. We love meeting your dogs and we know lots of wonderful spots for walks locally.
You'll find us in West Ashling, between marvellous beach walks along the coastal paths around Chichester harbour and woodland walks over the South Downs. In spring the woods are full of bluebells, perfect for some pet photography. There are dog friendly sandy beaches at West Wittering and Hayling Island, dogs can run and play in the waves and dig in the sand to their hearts' content.
Most of our local pubs are dog friendly. Head out on a cool autumnal walk and end in a cosy village pub where you can sip a glass of wine or a pint of a local beer in front of a roaring fire with your dog at your feet. There's some great food to be had there too, or maybe just tuck into a portion of chunky chips before heading back to your holiday cottage to cook up a feast. Outside the cottages there's a dog wash area, ideal for getting the mud of those paws.
Evenings at Oakwood West often start and end in a hot tub, enticing bubbles, starlit skies and a cold glass of something, it's certainly hard to resist.
Each of our two cottages and two lodges have their own private hot tub. But that's not all, there are rejuvenating showers, beautifully furnished bedrooms, leather sofas, modern kitchens and log burning stoves to snuggle around on a cool evening.
