Lucky’s Stable has space for up to six and a big enclosed garden with large sofas and an outdoor fire place, that is made for lazy afternoons outside. Grown‑ups can unwind in the hot tub or by the log burner while children have plenty of room to potter about or play on the lawn close by.  There's a large dining table for slow, shared meals and the chef in your family will love the top notch kitchen to prepare them in.

Silhouette’s Stable works really well for a smaller family or a couple who like a bit of extra space, with room for up to four and a private garden that feels calm and tucked away. Parents can relax in the hot tub or over a long supper while children play safely outside or settle in the cosy living area. With dog‑friendly touches and great walking on the doorstep, it suits families who enjoy simple days out and unhurried evenings back at the cottage.

Fern Lodge sleeps 6, has generous interiors and one of the largest gardens so everyone can spread out comfortably.  Relax on the deck or soak in the hot tub while children enjoy the lawn or board games inside. The enclosed, dog‑friendly garden means kids and dogs can be outside safely.  Everyone will love looking over the garden gate into the wildlife meadow, spotting deer & owls as they forage.   Upstairs there's a fabulous master bedroom, with an en-suite & private balcony with views over to the Downs.  

Meadow Hide has a cosy, boutique feel that’s perfect for a smaller family, with space for up to four and its own hot tub and enclosed decked garden. It’s easy to keep an eye on younger children here, so you can enjoy a peaceful coffee on your secret terrace while they play.
